At FECRI the focus of our strategic plan looks at the entire organisation. We share a variety of perspectives, models and approaches developed around the nature of our leadership, culture of the organisation, complexity of our environment and way in which we communicate with our stakeholders.
The world of science and philanthropy are constantly changing environments. To continue to thrive as an organisation over the next five years and beyond, we must look ahead, understand the influences and forces that will shape our growth in the future and move with these changes.
We are preparing for what may happen tomorrow, today. Through long-term planning, new and exciting developments both in science and in our organisational structure and development, we are re-shaping our organisation to meet the expectations of an ever changing community.
