The Fiona Elsey Cancer Research Institute is proud to present this year's Melbourne Cup Day Luncheon, to be held once again at the Mercure Ballarat Hotel and Convention Centre. The annual event, this year held in coordination with the Ballarat Business Women's Network, is the only way to enjoy the fun, fashion and frivolity of the Melbourne Cup without leaving Ballarat.
